What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the topic you select and your message.

If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address and your consent to receive emails from us.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry.
• If you have opted in, to send you occasional mailing list emails about upcoming events and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We only contact you for the reason you got in touch or opted in, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Mailing list

Our mailing list is strictly opt-in: you only receive emails if you tick the consent box when subscribing. We manage the list ourselves and do not use a third-party marketing platform. To unsubscribe at any time, email admin@htcpromotions.co.ukand we'll remove you.

Who processes it

Enquiries are delivered to us by email via SendGrid (our email delivery provider) and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as data processors on our behalf; standard server logs (such as IP addresses) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@htcpromotions.co.ukand we'll sort it.
